All the images on this site are available for non-exclusive use as Royalty Free Stock Images. Royalty Free usage is strictly limited to One Use Per Purchase order, and only for the use proclaimed at the time of ordering. These images may be used on a Royalty Free basis Only as Advertising collateral or for Editorial purposes. And we reserve the right to refuse to license for any use we deem distasteful.

Web Use Only = $10.00 per website Limit 1mb/image

Use in Print Advertising : Under 50,000 copies/circulation = $50.00

Over 50,000 copies/circulation = $100.00

These images may Not be used for Resale without a specific Percentage Contract in Writing. If you want to reproduce any of these images for resale in any form, contact us and we can work out the details.

We are happy to create Original Advertising Images for you.

Our Basic Rates are as follows:

Creation Fee: $200.00 per hour with Two Hour Minimum. $100.00 per half hour thereafter.

Post Production $100 per Hour Includes RAW conversion, Basic Retouching, color & density Balancing, Image file prep for delivery as high resolution TIFF, GIFF, PDF, PSD or JPEG files as required, in Adobe RGB 1998 color space. Four to Six Images per hour.

Use License Fees: With Original Image Creation, our Usage Fees Include Exclusive* Use of Images for Two Years. If Media Buy increases during the license period over what was originally paid for, additional fees will apply, and the new total Media Buy will be the basis of the additional Fees. Example: Original media buy was just under $70K (License Fee 5%). The following year an additional $150K+ media buy is made. The additional Licensing Fee will be based on the new total media buy of over $200K. (3%)

Up to $25,000 Media Buy = License Fee at 6%

$25,001 to $75,000 Media Buy = License Fee at 5%

$75,001 to $200,000 Media Buy = License Fee at 4%

Over $200,000 Media Buy = License Fee at 3%

Exclusive use means that the images you commission and License will not be offered to anyone else for use during the License period. I do however retain the copyrights, and reserve the right to publish them in my portfolio.

Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the production of your Original Images will be added to the Creation Fees. Additional costs may include, but are not limited to: Scouting Locations, Photo Assistants, Parking Fees, Specialized Insurances, Equipment rentals, Travel and Housing, Food per diem, Shipping and or Delivery.
